Responsibilities

• A1. Assists with the design and production of brochures, newsletters, flyers, and posters that reflect department services.
• A1a. Gather content from the PIO and divisions to inform layout and design.
• A1b. Drafts and edits publications and assists with typesetting.
• A1c. Researches visuals to heighten impact and clarity of information.
• Outreach and Communications: participate in events and present information accurately.
• Content Manager for Social Network Media: update information on social media sites and intranet weekly.
• Administrative: provide support to Vision Zero Coordinator and PIO Manager; prepare correspondence and memos.
