Job summary

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and progressively responsible experience in housing operations, budget control, tenant relations and property management; supervisory aptitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• Progressively responsible work in housing operations or real property management.
• Experience in rent setting, leases, occupancy and tenant relations.
• Knowledge of maintenance, fiscal management and accountability procedures.
• Supervisory aptitude and potential or demonstrated supervisory ability.
