ERP International, LLC is seeking a Public Health Technician to support the Keesler Medical Group at Keesler AFB in Mississippi. The role includes epidemiological investigations, health education, and disease prevention within a military community.

Responsibilities cover inspections, sanitation evaluations, and coordination with clinics and deployment teams. A two-year public health or nursing background and BLS certification are required, with the ability to obtain a government security

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing or related public health field.
• Two years of related medical/public health experience or four years of military public health experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Performs epidemiological investigations, patient interviews and health education/control measures; monitors rabies control program; assists with disease outbreak investigations.
• Conducts food inspections per regulatory requirements and handles samples for lab analysis.
• Performs sanitation evaluations and ensures compliance with sanitary standards.
• Coordinates with clinics and deployment managers to resolve discrepancies.
• Delivers preventive health education and health threat briefings; manages patient encounters in EMR.
• Manages front desk requirements and inquiries via in-person, phone, or virtual channels.
