Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking a Project Manager for the Colorado School of Public Health LEAD Center. This Denver-based role supports an NIH-funded pre-birth cohort study within the ECHO consortium and aims to recruit and longitudinally follow pregnant people, partners, and offspring.

The role oversees staff, recruitment, budget projections, data operations in REDCap, and reports to a Principal Investigator. On-site at CU Anschutz Campus in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field required.
• 4 years of extensive, diverse experience in clinical research operations and staff supervision.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage research staff conducting study visits.
• Provide leadership across NIH-funded, multi-site cohort studies with complex schedules.
• Monitor recruitment and retention to meet study goals.
• Share findings and aggregate data with partners and participants.
• Assist with NIH progress reports and data collection operations in REDCap.
• Oversee budget projections and expenditure tracking.
• Organize and lead ECHO project meetings and discussions.
