Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Campus in Aurora, CO is seeking a Project Manager for the LEAD Center in the Colorado School of Public Health. You will oversee staff, coordinate multi-site cohorts, and ensure protocol adherence for an NIH-funded pre-birth cohort study as part of the ECHO consortium.

The role requires leadership across teams, experience with REDCap and EPIC-like systems, and the ability to manage budgets and meetings with investigators. Onsite work is required at CU Anschutz.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field.
• 4 years of extensive, diverse and progressively responsible experience in day-to-day operation of a clinical research study and staff supervision.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience if in related field.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage research assistants and personnel conducting study visits.
• Provide leadership across NIH-funded, multi-site cohort studies with complex schedules and biospecimen workflows.
• Monitor recruitment and retention to meet study goals.
• Share key findings and aggregate data with partners and participants.
• Assist with progress reports to NIH and other ECHO components.
• Assist with data collection and维护 data using REDCap Central.
• Oversee expenditure tracking and develop budget projections.
• Organize and lead ECHO project meetings and budget sessions.
