Job summary

The Cameron County Health Department is seeking a Planner - Health to contribute to policy development and program implementation in clinical services. You will assist in planning, evaluating and reporting on health access initiatives, and collaborate with clinical staff and community partners to support MOUs and client services.

Knowledge of planning and programming methodologies in public health.
Ability to coordinate with community partners and healthcare facilities.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including Spanish.

Responsibilities

Prepare data and reports to evaluate program effectiveness.
Assist in developing and updating Clinical Services Program policies.
Coordinate with staff to implement grant activities and MOUs.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold contractual compliance.
Develop plans and schedules for program activities and campaigns.
