TJFACT is seeking a well-organized Program Assistant to support the CDC, Division of Violence Prevention, in Atlanta, GA. The role involves timekeeping, travel coordination, and general programmatic/administrative support across the division, including back-up coverage for OD staff.

The contractor requires access to PII and a Tier 2 Public Trust Level 5 clearance. The position offers onsite work, a full-time schedule, and opportunities to contribute to critical federal missions while working

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years applicable experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete research via internet.
• Proficiency with office automation software and packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide timekeeping services in accordance with CDC policies and procedures.
• Manage domestic and international travel processes from authorization to voucher processing.
• Complete in-processing and out-processing tasks for new and departing staff.
• Provide programmatic, administrative, and operational support to DVP.
• Support meeting logistics, setup, and documentation for staff meetings.
• Develop documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for leadership.
