Job summary

Commonwealth of Kentucky in Frankfort is seeking a Human Services Program Supervisor (FFTL) to oversee HIV services and supervise program staff within the Viral Disease Prevention and Services Branch. This federally funded time-limited role is unclassified and benefits eligible at the same level as permanent staff.

The selected candidate will monitor contracts, ensure compliance, and contribute to data-driven program improvements while coordinating with the CHFS for state and federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Four years of professional experience in administering human services programs.
• Master's degree will substitute for one year of the required experience.
• Administrative or business experience in a human services area or related field will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Assists with oversight, monitoring, planning and revision of state level Services programs, plans and contracts.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal requirements, policies and procedures.
• Leads investigations, review committee and response to grievances.
• Assists with implementing data findings for program improvement, including goals and objectives.
• Identifies specific technical needs and provides technical assistance.
• Supervises program staff.
• Assists with required grant and legislative reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
