• Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of research projects and programs.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and progress reporting across multiple projects.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and compliance for the unit.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on grants and proposals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and ensure program outcomes.
