Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: At least 4 years coordinating public health, healthcare, training, technical-assistance, grants, cooperative-agreement, or professional-services activities.
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and high-quality work in a multidisciplinary, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, judgment, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, webinars, workgroups, office hours, trainings, site visits, and technical-assistance activities.
• Manage participant communications, rosters, schedules, materials, and follow-up actions.
• Connect CDC staff, recipients, subject matter experts, facilitators, and partner organizations.
• Prepare agendas, notes, summaries, activity reports, and participant-facing communications.
• Maintain resource repositories, contact lists, participation records, and technical-assistance documentation.
• Identify coordination risks, resolve routine issues, and escalate when needed.
