• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years of vector control/public health field operations experience, including three years in supervisory roles.
• Three years of supervisory or lead responsibility.
• Possession of a California driver’s license and CDPH Vector Control Certifications by time of appointment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate multiple operational programs and staff to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of organizational objectives.
• Direct day-to-day operations, resource allocation, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Coordinate emergency response and public health incident management and interagency collaboration.
• Develop and monitor operational budgets, expenditures, and contracts; ensure compliance with regulations.
