Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide public health nursing and case management in clinics, homes, and community settings.
• Educate patients and coordinate follow-up health and social services.
• Administer vaccines/medications and document patient information.
• Participate in disease surveillance and outbreak response.
• Set up clinic sites, maintain inventory of medications and vaccines.
• Collect, label, and package specimens for lab analysis.
• Deliver educational presentations to health care providers and public.
• Ensure services comply with professional standards and Health Department policies.
