Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Public health experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Good nursing records and reporting ability.
• Knowledge of infectious diseases and preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments and patient-centered care across clinical and community settings.
• Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments within scope.
• Perform health screenings and collect specimens for testing.
• Deliver care via Mobile Health Unit and community outreach sites.
• Educate on disease prevention and chronic disease management.
• Engage with community organizations to improve health access.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and participate in quality improvement.
• Assist with Mobile Health Unit operations and infection prevention.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and public health response.
