Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of an Associate’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience or demonstrated interest in public health, prevention programming, health education, or community outreach.
Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills, computer skills, and demonstrated cultural competence are essential.

Responsibilities

Deliver health education presentations for schools, worksites, community groups, and partner organizations.
Support suicide prevention education and awareness and mental health promotion initiatives.
Assist with coalition activities and community prevention initiatives.
Develop and maintain educational materials, presentations, flyers, newsletters, and social media content.
Manage PPHD communication platforms, including social media and public information materials.
Collaborate with schools, healthcare organizations, and community partners to improve health outcomes.
