Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal education in dentistry completed and MD license to practice in Maryland.
• Two years of direct clinical care experience, preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Residency in GPR/AEGD is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose dental conditions, evaluate oral health, and plan treatments.
• Provide prophylaxis, fillings, extractions, endodontics, periodontal treatment, root canals, crowns and bridges.
• Supervise dental assistants and hygienists; maintain patient charts and records.
• Identify patients needing specialty care and refer accordingly; participate in referrals and scheduling.
