Job summary

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) invites applications for a System Admin Specialist in the Research Data Specialist I series. The position develops and maintains the CDPH online vital statistics data application submission system and trains internal staff and external stakeholders on the Vital Statistics Application (VSA) system.

Qualifications

• This position develops and maintains a CDPH online vital statistics data application submission system.
• The Research Data Specialist I trains internal staff and external stakeholders on how to utilize the VSA system.
• Ensures Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and maintain the Vital Statistics data submission system for CDPH.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the VSA system and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure ADA compliance and post documents on branch web pages.
