Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and development of the UDX platform with modern tech.
• Collaborate on research and design to turn needs into prototypes.
• Identify problems and devise timely, cost-effective solutions.
• Lead junior developers and UX designers; guide team contributors.
• Communicate decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders; advocate data-use.
• Ask insightful questions and champion innovative data-driven approaches.
