Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; public health informatics preferred.
- 5+ years in a Technical Lead role or equivalent.
- Experience modernizing and implementing Cloud, AI, analytics, and data management solutions.
- Knowledge across infrastructure, UI/UX, analytics, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and execution of data exchange, interoperability, and AI/ML solutions for surveillance and analytics.
- Oversee QA/QC and troubleshoot stack-wide issues.
- Guide architects, engineers, analysts, and informaticists translating client needs into technical approaches.
- Apply interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, APIs, terminology systems) in public health contexts.
- Lead design sessions, document decisions and dependencies, review deliverables.
