Qualifications
- Qualified to teach Health and Public Health courses to diverse community college students.
- Master's or equivalent in a health-related field or related credential.
- Experience with culturally responsive teaching and working with underrepresented communities.
Responsibilities
- Teach Community & Public Health certificate and general education courses.
- Teach day/evening/weekend/in-person/online/hybrid classes as assigned.
- Utilize Canvas LMS to deliver online and hybrid courses.
- Teach at multiple sites including Ocean Campus, CCSF centers, SFUSD high schools, and SF County Jail.
- Create student-centered lesson plans aligned with department outlines.
- Assess student progress, develop syllabi, and maintain records.
