Job summary

The California Collaborative for Public Health Research (CPR3) at UCSF Health, AG is seeking a Project Manager to drive day-to-day operations, engage stakeholders, and coordinate programs like the PHACT Coalition. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, academia, public health or social service sector.
• 3+ years of experience with public health communications.
• 3+ years of experience with academic and governmental programmatic collaborations.
• 3+ years of experience working with community-based organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for verbal and written communication; 2+ years applying broad communication strategies for cross-sector initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support for CPR3 initiatives and the PHACT Coalition.
• Lead planning and execution of bi-monthly coalition meetings (agenda, speakers, logistics, materials, facilitation, follow-up).
• Develop and implement communications strategies to inform members about public health issues and coalition activities.
• Support coalition membership management, donor reporting, and tracking of milestones and deliverables.
• Build relationships with state and local public health agencies, academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and community organizations.
