The Florida Department of Health in Manatee County is seeking a Health Services Technician to support TB and integrated clinical services. You will assist physicians and nurses, collect histories, perform venipuncture, and document all actions in the EMR.

Responsibilities include home visits, DOT/VDOT support, and phlebotomy duties within a clinical and field setting. Must be able to work with diverse populations in Bradenton, FL.

Formación

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records.
• Ability to perform venipuncture in 2 attempts or less.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
