Qualifications

• Five years of administrative experience in a clinical setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combinations acceptable.
• Equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinic operations and patient flow to ensure efficient service.
• Supervise clinical and support staff and manage staff performance and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while delivering patient-centered care.
