Job summary

Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) invites applications for the Associate Coordinator (Capacity Building Unit) to support planning, coordination, and monitoring of capacity-building initiatives under the National AIDS Control Program and related projects.

The role involves training development, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and report preparation, with emphasis on collaboration across regional divisions and government partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Public Health/ Social Sciences or related field.
• No prior work experience required; up to 6 months of relevant experience desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and implementation of capacity-building activities.
• Coordinate with National Program Divisions, SACS and partners for timely execution.
• Develop and disseminate training curricula, facilitator guides, handbooks and presentations.
• Undertake data analysis (STATA or R) as required and contribute to literature reviews.
• Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes and donor reports.
