Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Public Health Analyst I to provide program management and analysis support for the International Infection Control Program, Office of the Chief (IICB).

The role involves assisting with budget and financial support, reporting on funding and expenditures, and developing critical reports in CDC financial systems while participating in CDC response activities and exercises.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in program analysis or public health.
• Experience working with government procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Management Official with budget/financial support and Spend Plan Management Tool (SPMT).
• Report on funding mechanisms, expenditures, unobligated balances, and project progress using UTAMS.
• Develop, process, and track records and reports using CDC financial management systems (IRIS B&P, IRIS Budget, IRIS Staffing, IRIS BAAP, CBRA/OASys).
• Provide budget reports to inform funding allocation decisions and expenditure changes.
• Staff the EOC desk during CDC response activities and training exercises.
