Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services LLC seeks a Public Health Analyst I to support data management and help desk activities for DHQP (Dialysis) Surveillance Branch. The role involves handling email help desk tickets, NHSN facility enrollment, and Level 2 triage for epidemiology staff.

The position requires a public health background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced federal-contract environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or related field.
• Previous experience with government procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 help desk support for NHSN-related inquiries and tickets.
• Assist users in acquiring digital credentials via SAMS.
• Enroll facilities in NHSN and triage Level 2 issues to SMEs.
• Create and maintain up-to-date user support documentation.
• Provide SharePoint site management and minimal scripting.
• Support CDC response activities and staff EOC desk as directed.
