Responsibilities

• Design and teach courses in Public Health.
• Plans, prepares, and follows an approved course of study with measurable objectives.
• Prepares instructional materials (syllabi, exams, visual aids) as needed.
• Instructs and supervises students in classrooms and laboratories using appropriate teaching methods.
• Evaluates instruction and learning with appropriate testing methods.
• Maintains a student-oriented approach to education and supports student advancement.
• Keeps accurate records of attendance, performance and graduation readiness.
• Coordinates work experience programs and student placements as assigned.
• Assists staff in maintaining an effective program and adheres to academic policies.
• Maintains safe laboratory and classroom conditions.
