Job summary

The University of South Florida College of Public Health (COPH) invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach in undergraduate and/or graduate programs pending SACS credentialing.

Adjunct faculty may mentor students and engage in college, university, community, and professional service activities. The role is anchored in COPH's mission to provide a rigorous, practice-based public health education and contributes to our growing courses and programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, health education, allied health, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated professional experience or education in public health.
• Experience teaching health-related information to clients, educators, or students.
• Must be credentialed by SACS to teach undergraduate courses in public health.

Responsibilities

• Teach health science and public health courses to undergraduate and/or graduate students.
• Mentor students and participate in college, university and community activities.
• Maintain credentialing by SACS to teach courses.
