Job summary

University of West Florida seeks qualified, part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach in Public Health domains including Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Disparities and Health Equity, Health Promotion, and Global Health.

Successful candidates will enrich courses with practical applications, engage students in both online and on-campus formats, and collaborate with the Public Health Department. This pool is for upcoming semesters; applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Requires a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• PhD/doctoral degree preferred for graduate course instruction.
• Experience teaching in public health or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach in Public Health domains such as Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Disparities and Health Equity, Health Promotion and related topics.
• Enrich courses with theoretical and practical knowledge and connect learning to real-world public health practice.
• Engage students in online and face-to-face delivery and participate in ongoing institutional teaching activities.
