Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Public Finance Mid-Senior Level Associate to join their Indianapolis, IN office. This role involves representing clients in bond transactions and advising on tax-exempt financing and securities law compliance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in public finance and be admitted to the Indiana bar, or willing to obtain the Indiana license. This position offers a mix of in-office and remote work based on case demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in public finance.
• Experience in bond transactions, tax-exempt financing, and securities law.
• Admission to the Indiana bar or willingness to obtain Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in bond transactions, including drafting and negotiating bond documents.
• Advise clients on tax-exempt financing and securities law compliance.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to provide exceptional client service.
• Advise public and private sector entities on taxable and tax-exempt financings and economic development matters.
