Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with public finance transactions, including bond issuances and municipal financings.
• Draft and review transaction documents such as offering documents and bond resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence related to tax and securities law.
• Support closings and coordinate with underwriters and financial advisors.
• Prepare closing and post-closing documents and maintain transaction files.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development.
