Qualifications

• Graduate degree in accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in accounting/finance for city, state, or government entity.
• Public or housing finance experience is desirable.
• CPA or CGFO certification preferred and 10+ years in senior finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and accounting functions with precise reporting.
• Evaluate policies and integrate BI solutions to drive cost savings.
• Collaborate to develop strategic financial plans aligned with goals.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team; manage external relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and provide insights to C-Suite.
