Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in public finance or law firm support.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience with iManage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on municipal bond transactions and financings.

• Prepare closing binders, diligence materials, and summaries.

• Draft, review, and proofread financing documents and materials.
• Coordinate closings and manage timelines across matters.
