Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Quantitative modeling: develop financial models to structure and optimize debt transactions.
• Credit analysis: assess client debt loads, local economic conditions, and financial strengths.
• Transaction execution: assist in bond issuance processes from RFPs to closing documents.
• Marketing & pitching: prepare materials for financing proposals and rating agencies.
• Documentation: draft disclosure documents and coordinate with clients and legal teams.
