The City of Bellevue is seeking a Recreation Program & Event Technician to support programs, camps, and community events at Kelsey Creek Farm. This hands‑on, public‑facing position combines recreation programming, event coordination, marketing, and administrative support in a unique historic farm setting.

The successful candidate will help create engaging experiences for children, teens, adults, and families while supporting the daily operations of a busy community facility.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in recreation or customer service.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required within date of hire.
• Experience dealing with the public in varied community settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative, program, site, and event support as listed in the job duties.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling and feedback for seasonal staff.
• Coordinate special events, including vendor coordination, permits, and setup/teardown.
• Support marketing, outreach, and social media updates for programs and events.
• Maintain attendance, participant records, calendars, and routine reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service at a busy public facility.
• Prepare and maintain program spaces, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with farm operations and animal-related activities as needed.
