Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital communications or related work.
• Ability to translate technical info into clear content for general audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of HTML and WCAG 2.0 standards helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and coordinate public-facing content for websites, social media, blogs, and videos.
• Translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Develop graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in developing communication plans and promotional materials.
