Job summary

Tresco Inc is seeking a dedicated janitor/custodian to clean restrooms, floors, windows, and offices in our facility. You will empty trash, restock supplies, vacuum carpets, and report maintenance needs, delivering reliable service to keep the building welcoming for staff and visitors.

High school diploma or GED required; prior custodial experience preferred but we will train the right candidate. A valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and eligibility for a security

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Background check and driver's license record check required.
• Must be eligible to secure and maintain an NACI clearance (federal positions).

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and offices.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Perform monthly high dusting and dust surfaces as needed.
• Restock paper products, soap, and deodorizers in restrooms.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and ensure all surfaces are sanitized.
• Notify maintenance of any repair needs.
• Provide friendly assistance to the public when needed.
• Complete all assigned cleaning tasks with quality and care.
