Public Engagement Impact and Governance, Vice President

Join the Public Engagement team as our Impact & Governance Lead and play a key role in shaping how we measure and communicate our impact across communities and markets. This is a unique opportunity to design and launch new frameworks and tools that drive meaningful results and support the firm’s mission. You will collaborate with a diverse, forward‑thinking team that values innovation, integrity, and continuous learning, turning data into action and ensuring lasting value for the firm and the communities we serve.

Base Pay Range

$118,750.00 – $180,000.00 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, establish, and implement a Public Engagement impact framework, tools, and metrics to support business priorities and drive future enhancements.
  • Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative impact data; prepare validated data sets for dashboards, reports, and portfolio reviews.
  • Create executive‑level presentations and reports to communicate findings and highlight impact for Public Engagement, Corporate Excellence, Market Leadership, and senior leaders.
  • Guide Public Engagement managers in strengthening strategic impact, using data and insights for continuous improvement and recommending changes to strategies and approaches that improve outcomes.
  • Support budget planning for grant‑making, including calibrating budgets across markets, cost‑share analysis, and alignment with impact objectives.
  • Establish and maintain governance and controls for Public Engagement grants to outside parties, including reviews, approvals, and portfolio assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Public Engagement, Data & Analytics, and Technology to develop and refine systems and tools for data management and portfolio oversight.
  • Maintain frameworks for stakeholder and reputation risk mitigation, staying current on trends in impact measurement and evaluation.
  • Provide support to the Public Engagement Chief of Staff with additional activities or initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
  • At least seven years of experience in impact measurement, evaluation, business management, project management, or operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement impact frameworks, metrics, and evaluation strategies.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail; able to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding teams and supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior management and translating complex topics for non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to multi‑task and collaborate effectively across functions, levels, and locations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and other CRM/grants management tools.

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon‑Fri) and will not support hybrid options.
