Qualifications

• This role requires a Washington State Private Investigator license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review reports, investigate, interview witnesses, gather documents with agencies and attorneys.
• Investigate all case types assigned by the department.
• Serve subpoenas and other documents on witnesses.
• Write detailed reports and assist in case development and testimony when required.
• Assist attorneys with difficult and complex cases.
• Interview clients and related parties.
• Schedule meetings with involved parties and prepare exhibits for trial.
• Prepare and maintain case files and finalized mitigation reports.
