Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience reading and interpreting state statutes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in speaking and understanding English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to fulfilling the entire project timeline.

Responsibilities

• Contact constituents and complainants directly to review and discuss details of filed complaints.
• Read and analyze state statutes in comparison with complaint details to evaluate issues.
• Communicate professionally with members of the public, maintaining exceptional customer service standard.
• Notify complainants regarding organizational jurisdiction, case closures, and formal reasoning for closures.
• Provide constituents with relevant resources or referrals, and issue supervisor-approved written correspondence.
• Log appropriate activity codes, statutory references, and closing status within the Versa system.
• Maintain documentation and record all case actions within the OnBase system.
