Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a Compliance Officer for a Florida state government client. The role focuses on reviewing complaints, analyzing against Florida statutes, and documenting case closure within Versa and OnBase systems.

The position is onsite in Florida, with an approximately 11-week duration and a pay rate of $38.14 per hour. The candidate will select a location in Doral or Tallahassee and may be employed as W2/1099.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read and interpret Florida statutes is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication with the public is required.
• Experience working with the public in a professional environment is required (3 years).
• Experience using Versa is highly desired.
• Experience using the OnBase system is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Contact constituents and complainants to discuss the details of the complaints.
• Read state statutes and compare them with complaints to analyze the issue.
• Communicate with the public; strong customer service is essential.
• Advise the complainant of Division jurisdiction and closure reasons.
• Provide resources or referrals as appropriate.
• Send written correspondence after supervisor approval.
• Close the case in Versa with codes, activities, and statutes.
• Document actions in the OnBase system.
