Qualifications

• Must be a CPA.
• Experience in public companies and Big 4 firms is required.
• Strong background in SOX compliance and technical accounting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including consolidations and eliminations.
• Oversee SOX compliance and ensure robust internal controls.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
