Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City is seeking a Vice President for Technology Risk & Controls within the Public Cloud Platform to lead internal audit programs and ensure timely delivery of assignments.

You will partner with process owners, advise on risk and controls, and coordinate with 2LOD, Audit, Compliance, and regulators to strengthen the firm’s technology risk posture across AWS and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology with operational risk focus.
• Experience in Tech/Cyber risk domains.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud controls.
• Experience in regulated industries and standards.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with process owners to respond to audit requests.
• Understand legal obligations and evidence of compliance.
• Document control environments and requirement gaps.
• Evaluate issues from changes in risk environment.
• Lead end-to-end engagement with 2nd Line of Defense.
• Communicate audit progress and emerging themes to senior leadership.
• Influence technology risk priorities aligned to product roadmap.
