Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3–5 years of paralegal work experience in civil litigation and/or mass tort preferred.
• Familiar with MS Suite and Relativity eDiscovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorney in all phases of discovery, including preparing discovery responses and requests.
• Finalize and occasionally draft complaints, answers, routine notices, affidavits, motions, petitions, and summonses.
• Organize documents and client databases, including coding, indexing and history of documents.
