Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Houseperson to support daily hotel operations. This role involves inventory, laundry maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness across public areas while responding to guest needs and requests.

The candidate will work closely with supervisors to maintain high standards and a welcoming environment for guests. A valid driver’s license is required for shuttle duties when called upon.

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and informs GM of needs.
• Maintains laundry equipment and notifies maintenance as needed.
• Familiar with hotel facilities and cleaning schedules across areas.
• Knows proper cleaning methods for each area and timing.
• Inspects public areas for cleanliness and reports issues.
• Answers guest requests and delivers items to rooms.
• Drives hotel shuttle when needed; valid license required.
• Cleans and services areas on special requests or problems.
• Picks up trash and sweeps/vacuums entry areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
