Job summary

Caesars Entertainment at Tropicana Atlantic City is seeking a Housekeeping and Public Area Clerk to support our hotel operations. This full-time on-site role handles floor assignments, assists housekeeping staff, and ensures public areas meet our service standards.

Responsibilities include distributing and logging floor keys, requesting room/area reports, handling guest requests from other departments, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous housekeeping operations experience preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act respective to attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates floor assignments and distributes to housekeepers.
• Handles special projects as required.
• Distributes and collects housekeeper’s floor keys and logs this information into a key control book.
• Requests reports from the computer for blocked rooms, status changes, etc.
• Responsible for incoming Facilities calls and dispatching appropriate personnel.
• Assigns guest requests from other departments and monitors all incoming calls.
