Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Houseperson to maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel public areas and to support the housekeeping team in delivering a high-quality guest experience. You will help with supplies, linens, trash, and general tasks to ensure smooth operations across the property.

The role is property-based with no travel and requires physical activity, including walking, standing, lifting up to 25–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not always required).
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• No travel required; position is fully property-based.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Public areas are cleaned and maintained including lobbies and restrooms.
• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to staff as needed.
• Assist with moving beds, furniture, and equipment when required.
• Respond to guest requests with a polite, service-oriented attitude.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
