Job summary

Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to clean public and guest room areas across the property. You will promote courteous guest interactions, follow safety and departmental procedures, and respond promptly to requests via radio or intercom.

Successful candidates will experience a dynamic team environment, with opportunities for growth and involvement in a renowned hospitality brand known for quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is an asset.
• Able to work as part of a dynamic, quality-driven team.
• Basic English language skills required.
• Requires extensive standing, walking, lifting and bending; able to lift up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• To clean all public guest room areas of the hotel as assigned.
• Promote good public relations with guests and team members.
• Follow and adhere to Housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Respond to radio calls and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby levels, restrooms, elevators and hallways.
• Attend departmental meetings and perform duties efficiently.
