Zusammenfassung

Moxy South Beach is seeking a self-motivated Houseperson to join our housekeeping team. You will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's public areas, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Your positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and ability to interact with guests will help ensure an exceptional first impression. This full-time role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement through our Management Development

Qualifikationen

• Previous hotel housekeeping, public area, or cleaning experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Friendly and professional with a passion for guest service
• Able to work independently and as part of a TEAM
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong English communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Aufgaben

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairways, and restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors and carpets
• Dust, clean, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of pool and other guest areas
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, linens, and guestsupplies
• Respond to guestrequests in a friendly and professionalmanner
• Report maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, andlost-and-founditems
• Assist Room Attendantsand the Housekeepingteam as needed
• Follow all hotelcleanliness, safety, andservice standards
• Perform additional dutiesas assigned byHousekeeping leadership

Kenntnisse
