Kana Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming guest areas. Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces, stocking supplies, and assisting with linen handling.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior housekeeping or customer service experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleans hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Strip linens from guest rooms and may assist with cleaning guest room.
• Abides by safety regulations when using chemicals.
• Moves/arranges furniture and dusts/polishes furniture, metalwork and equipment.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors; cleans carpets and upholstery.
• Collects soiled linens and stores linen supplies.
• Cleans bathrooms and replenishes supplies.
• Refurnishes room with supplies and grooms the cleaning cart.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork; cleans windows and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets and disposes trash.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
