Job summary

Baywood is seeking a diligent housekeeping attendant to perform routine cleaning and servicing duties across guest areas, ensuring comfort and convenience for guests. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, windows, elevators, and corridors, restocking supplies, and assisting with bed making and room cleaning as directed by the Housekeeper.

Candidate must read chemical labels, follow SDS and safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with guests and team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ability to gain knowledge of applicable franchise standards and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean drink and vending machines and surrounding areas.
• Empty all trash receptacles in corridors and public areas.
• Clean exterior walkways, stairways, railings, and exit doors.
• Clean and disinfect lobby bathrooms and mirrors.
• Washes windows and maintains scheduled window cleaning.
• Assist with making beds and cleaning rooms as instructed by Housekeeper.
• Deliver room service and pick up trays when needed.
